Why We Ask for Reviews
We are an independent, family-owned practice rather than part of a corporate group, so we do not have a marketing department. What brings new clients through the door is almost entirely word of mouth, and these days that word of mouth is written down.
We also read them. Praise for a particular technician gets passed on, and criticism gets discussed at our team meeting. If something went wrong for you, we would far rather hear it directly and put it right than have you leave quietly.

If you would rather give feedback privately, call the practice or use our contact page. Private feedback reaches the same team and is taken just as seriously, and it is the better route if something needs putting right.
